You are entitled to return your products for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund via the payment processor the original order was made through.
- Returned items must be unused in the original sealed packaging (unbroken cap seal).
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless we are at fault.
If you have received an item incorrectly or think there may be an issue with your product please contact us by clicking here and we will rectify the issue. Please specify your order number when contacting us.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order with details of the damage.
If you have ordered the wrong flavour, we will be happy to exchange your product. please contact us and we will be happy to arrange an exchange.
